Sectional Screw Flights

A proprietary manufacturing process designed to meet special requirements such as various material types, wide thickness range, and large diameters.
A single pitch construction with consistent cross-sectional thickness between inner and outer edges. Every screw flight section is formed accurately as per customers’ specifications.
A wide range of sizes up to 2000mm in diameter, 40mm in thickness, 1500mm in pitch are available.
Ribbon, tapered and variable pitch flights are available on application. Flights can also be hard-faced or coated with wear protection materials.
High precision, with no minimum order quantity requirement and customized size, can be met.
