Return Pulley
Return pulley is disposed on an exterior side of a counterweight as viewed from the top side of an elevator shaft to the bottom side, the counterweight can be raised without interfering with the bottom return pulley, and when at the topmost position, partially overlaps with a bottom return pulley.
